Return policy
Each Shadow Box is custom-made based on the name and color choice selected at the time of ordering. Please double check spelling/spacing. We may contact you for clarification on spelling so that the shadow box can be made correctly. We want happy customers. No REFUNDS unless there was a production error.
Colors may vary slightly based on screen resolution. Fonts may vary slightly depending on the length of your custom name. Please email us with any questions ahead of time so that you get the exact shadow box you want. Designer file information available upon request. info@valleycrafters.com
Shipping
Product will be shipped, with tracking, within 5 business days after order is approved. Shipping takes 3-4 days depending on location.
Custom Orders
We love our shadow boxes and want you to love yours too. If you see a design, but it's not quite the right color, send us an email and let's see what we can create together. If you have a particular design in mind, but we don't offer it, send us an email and we can figure out what will work. Additional fees may apply depending on requests, but it'll be worth every penny.
