Refund policy

Each Shadow Box is custom-made based on the name and color choice selected at the time of ordering. Please double check spelling/spacing. We may contact you for clarification on spelling so that the shadow box can be made correctly. We want happy customers. No REFUNDS unless there was a production error.

 

Colors may vary slightly based on screen resolution. Fonts may vary slightly depending on the length of your custom name. Please email us with any questions ahead of time so that you get the exact shadow box you want. info@valleycrafters.com Designer file information available upon request.
